This fall, six LOTUS Untold Stories alumni have joined forces with visual artist Brianna Joy Seipel and filmmaker Michael Snowden to tell stories of healing, inspiration, and transformation connected to the natural world. Together they have created an exhibit of oil paintings, short films and creative writing to celebrate what it means to RISE from trauma and injustice to truly THRIVE.

Join us for our free exhibit opening via Zoom to watch six oil paintings come to life and hear the powerful voices of survivor-writers read their work through short films.

This program is supported in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts.

DONATE & RECEIVE AN EXHIBIT MAGAZINE: If you’d like to receive a copy of our 2020 Rise and Thrive magazine before the event, please register by October 30th and include your address and suggested donation of $30.00 so that we can snail-mail it to you in time.
